1. Event Details

This ticket grants access to Nocturna Club, a private event where the entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and over.

2. Age Requirement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide ID or meet the age requirement.

3. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the event organizer.

4. Entry and Conduct

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and matching ID. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee behaving inappropriately, at their sole discretion, without refund.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event (including time, location, or lineup) or cancel the event entirely. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only.

6. Photography and Media

Photos can only be taken by our official photographer. Protecting the privacy of our guests is important, this applies to the whole club - no selfies in the toilets with your friends.

7. Dress code

All guests must be in the full dress code once inside the club. Nocturna Club dress code is glamour, creative, vintage, fetish or fantasy. No t-shirts, jeans, trainers, sports team wear, leggings or nudity allowed.

8. Consent

Consent is mandatory and should be at the forefront of all your interactions. Do not touch anyone without prior permission. Any kind of pushy or predatory behaviour is unacceptable. If anyone is making you feel uncomfortable, our staff or venue security will be happy to help. If you do not follow the rules you will be removed from the club and banned from future Nocturna Club events.

9. Play rules

Negotiate safe words/gestures prior to a scene. Only engage in play you know how to do safely. Do not engage in play if you or your partner/s are intoxicated. If you're unsure of anything ask a member of our staff.

10. Gender / sexuality

Do not assume anyone's gender pronouns or sexuality. We welcome all genders and sexualities at the club. If you're unsure - ask politely.

​

11. No harassment

We don't tolerate any kind of physical or verbal harassment. This includes discriminatory comments. Don't continue to be pushy if someone has given you clear signs they don't want to engage. No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism or other forms of discrimination.

21. Liability

Attendees assume all risk and liability associated with attending the event. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event.

13. Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for ticket processing and event communications. We do not share your information with third parties.
